Interesting about the Cholestral and how they link certain things to promote their own agenda.

Many can take what they know about the ht industry and transfer it over to general health and medicine only multiply it by 1000. For most it is just too much to comprehend, doesn't seem possible but the system in place is there to make money first and foremost and it works exactly the same way.
Its an industry that generates over a trillion dollars and the cholesterol issue is only a grain of sand on a very large coast line.
People sell you what they are selling and of course it's always the best and always better.

The system is so corrupted it just boggles the mind and the only way to get around it is to use that fact as a driving force to keep oneself healthy.

Here is a blurb from one of the most popular medical websites in the US on ht. I would not consider this to be the best advice and if that were true what about anything I read about cancer, heart disease, etc from the same site or from the same doctors that contribute.

The surgeon removes small pieces, or grafts, of scalp from the places where your hair continues to grow. These may be micro-grafts of only one or two hairs, mini-grafts of a few hairs, or larger grafts of up to 40 hairs

The time to learn about something as simple as cholesterol is now. Before you get the Cancer or the Alzheimer €™s disease because if you wait until then, it €™s too late.

When that day comes researching is rarely an option no matter what most believe they will do. You will become trapped in a system where fear will determine your choices. You take the medication, chemo, radiation, etc. You will be told you will die or things will get worse.

If it €™s a family member you will not take on the responsibility to research options as you will not be willing to take on the responsibility for what happens. In a way doctors do make good scapegoats as they can take on the responsibility and the blame. The system does solve that issue but they will all take as much as they can until there is nothing left to take then you will be told nothing more can be done.

That €™s not health care that is medicine for profit.

The logical choice would be to take care of one €™s own health and to start that process today.

Great thread this and one that has got me thinking about just how poor my diet is......so after reading this thread i did a little googling and stumbled across this article and thought it might be worth a read....not too sure how much i believe but still an interesting read nethertheless.

When people deprive some important nutrients from their body it can show in the appearance of their skin and the condition of their hair. To help this situation it would be advantageous for people to get the best healthy diet possible and to consume needed vitamins essential for their well being and health.

1. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Fruits

Eating fruits that have high level of vitamin C can help with hair loss. Vitamin C and some water-soluble vitamins are important for the growth of healthy hair. Vitamin C also contains many antioxidants that help your body block free radicals. There are a lot of fruits that contain high level of vitamin C, however, the best choice for all people who have hair loss problem are strawberries, watermelon, citrus fruits, mango, oranges, lemons, papaya, and all kinds of berries. Women should take 75 mg of vitamin C per day, and men should get 90 mg per day.

2. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Fish

Hair is made of protein, so people should eat more protein-rich foods when maintaining the healthy hair. However, eating a simple steak each day cannot help all of people. High-calories diets can increase the level of testosterone in order to increase hair loss, so steaks are not listed among foods that can help with hair loss. People should eat leaner proteins, like fish, chicken, calf €™s liver, low-fat cheese, brewer €™s yeast, eggs, beans, yogurt, and almonds. Tofu and soy milk can be added in the healthy diet because they contain protein without fats.

3. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Raisins

Iron plays an important role in the process of manufacturing hemoglobin. The hemoglobin in the blood will carry oxygen to all body €™s tissues and organs. When the hemoglobin is in the normal and healthy levels, oxygen will be dispersed properly. It means that the scalp can get enough blood, and hair growth will be stimulated and promoted. People should add more iron to their healthy diet with dried fruits (as raisins) and cherry juice which are high in iron to take all benefits of raw foods. Eggs; raisins; dates; dark green vegetables, and whole-grain cereals are high in iron. Vitamin C can improve the effective absorption of iron, so natural and healthy fruits must be on the grocery list of healthy foods in order to help with hair loss.

4. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Bean Sprouts

Bean sprouts are high in important nutrient €“ silica that will contribute in treating hair loss significantly. Silica can support the body in absorbing many critical minerals and vitamins, so people should take a lot of silica by eating a lot of vitamins in many healthy foods, especially bean sprouts, green peppers and cucumbers and red.

5. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Seafood

Many people who are suffering from hair loss are found to have zinc deficiencies. Zinc plays a critical role in many functions of the body, such as cell reproduction, hormonal balance, and other functions which can affect the growth of hair. This special supplement €“ zinc can control the glands that stick to hair follicles. When people have low level of zinc, their follicles will become weak. This problem will cause hair fall or hair broken. To deal with this bad problem, people should eat zinc-rich foods, like some seafood, mussels, shrimp, and oysters. However, excessive zinc can lead to hair fall, so it will be better to eat healthy zinc-rich diet than taking zinc supplement.

6. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Bell Peppers

Yellow, green and red bell peppers are a delicious and colorful source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is important for health of hair for some reasons. Besides, vitamin C supports the body in using non-heme iron, and make sure the body can take enough iron to red blood cells. Vitamin C can help red blood cell carry oxygen to the follicles of the hair. Vitamin C can form collagen to anti aging. Hair follicles, skin, and blood vessels will require collagen in order to stay healthy. If people suffer from the deficiencies of vitamin C, they can get dry, splitting hair.

7. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Potatoes

The worst culprits for hair fall are fast food and greasy foods. If people like to eat more fries and burger, they should cook the burger for themselves and bake potato wedges. People should avoid some cold, sugary, and spicy foods. These kinds of foods can make the body unhealthy.

8. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Carrots

Carrots are good for the eyes, and they can provide vitamin A to nourishment for the dry scalp. A healthy scalp makes sure well-conditioned, shiny hair that is moisturized, and strengthened. A balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, fatty fish, legumes, low-fat dairy, and Indian salmon can boost for the health of hair.

9. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Prunes

If hair suffers from thinning, dryness, stiffness, hair fall or discoloration, this hair are get low level of iron. Prunes contain the high iron level. These kinds of fruits can improve the high quality of hair. People should add more beetroots and green vegetables in the diet.

10. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Green Peas

Although some green peas contain the low level of antioxidants and some critical mineral and vitamin, they have a balanced amount of minerals and vitamins such as zinc, iron, and complex-B vitamins. These are important for saving healthy hair.

11. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Oats

Oats can contain a good source of fiber for maintaining healthy bowels and heart. They contain a high level of other important nutrients like zinc, omega-6 fatty acids, and zinc. Omega-6 fatty acids are important to keep normal skin, healthy hair growth. Since this important ingredient can be obtained via the diet, people need to ensure their breakfast includes amount of oatmeal each day in a week.

12. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Shrimp

While red meats can be the excess source of zinc, people should find an appropriate substitute for a high level of proteins. Alternatively, in shrimps, people can find a great source of many supplements for building muscle and growing hair. They contain the high potent concentration of supplements, such as vitamin B12, zinc, and iron for the process of helping with hair loss.

13. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Walnuts

Walnuts can be one of the best hair friendly nuts in people €™s category. A walnut contains more omega-6 fatty acids than any kinds of other foods. They have high levels of iron, zinc, complex B vitamins (B1, B9, and B9), and a lot of protein. However, walnuts also contain a little of selenium which can cause hair loss.

14. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Milk

Getting deficiency of these minerals and vitamins can cause poor quality of hair. Egg contains high level of biotin (Vitamin B7) which can support any simple hair loss treatment.

16. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Salmon

Salmon makes all diets healthy, salmon can be the good fish for the beautiful hair. This kind of oily fish is high in omega-3 fatty acids, iron, and Vitamin B12. These good components will restore the shine in the healthy hair. Omega-3 fatty acids will be important to retain a beautiful scalp. If people suffer from the omega-3 fatty acids deficiency, they will get a dull, lifeless hair, and a dry scalp.

17. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Lean Red Meat

Too little iron will cause hair loss. Curing the iron deficiency will support people in re-growing hair. Other iron-rich foods include egg yolks, turkey, whole grains, and dried fruit.

18. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Tofu

This food is made of soy that can contain high levels of iron. People can add this food to healthy diet in order to get rid of iron deficiency.

19. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Cottage Cheese

This dairy product is the good source of iron and protein, especially casein. If people do not like to eat cottage cheese, they can choose some snack, such as yogurt.

20. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Water

If people have dry hair as straw, they should drink a lot of water, because hair includes one-quarter water. People should drink typical eight glasses per day. They also need to bring a simple water bottle to refill the amount of water loss during a day.

21. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Dates

As you know, iron plays a critical role in producing the high level of hemoglobin. This supplement will stimulate and promote healthy hair growth. People should eat more dates in order to improve Vitamin C, and stimulate the process of iron absorption in order to help with hair health.

22. Foods For Hair Growth €“ Spinach

This leafy vegetable is good for the body for some reasons, including healthy hair. The powerful vegetables contain the high level of iron and folate. Folate is a complex B vitamin that can create many red blood cells, and the iron can support the red blood cells in carrying oxygen. If people suffer from iron deficiency, people can get many diseases, such as anemia. If the body cannot get enough oxygen, it can get weakness, hair loss and fatigue. People should eat more spinach to get more iron and folate for re-growing hair, and getting beautiful hair.

Bulitnut thanks for posting the info. A good portion I could easily disagree with or add comments to make it clearer but then I would be writing a book here. Just an example would be the milk for instance. If you are going to drink milk and it is store bought milk you are basically drinking a pus filled product that it heavily laced with hormones and antibiotics while also being high in omega 6 fatty acids and you are probably giving that same product to your kids. The hormones and the high omega 6 content will make you an inflammation ridden, obese, cancer producing machine. It €™s basically a nutritionally dead product that has been pasteurized and homogenized. Now if you were to drink real raw milk raised from cows that eat their natural diet it would be high in omega 3, vitamin A, D, C , B, X factor, conjugated linoleic acid, beneficial bacteria, etc you would be doing the opposite and actually consuming something that would make your body stronger in many ways. We could go down this whole list and actually eliminate a few foods that are listed for very good reasons.

You know what it comes down to it one must ask to see a person's results from following information they have provided. In the case of health and nutrition show me what can you do with your body and what does it look like from the foods you recommend. My guess is that the person who put this list together cannot do much and I base that on experience and actually being able to do something with my body.

There is so much misinformation out there that most people are just wandering around in the dark. Just read an article where the medical community is suggesting that cholesterol causes Alzheimers disease. They are also suggesting that statins might be a good way of preventing. It €™s complete nonsense as one can easily see the consumption of cholesterol for the general populace has gone down, statin use has increased, yet Alzheimers keeps rising on the chart. Only a person that is incapable of basic logical thought would not understand this but that is exactly what happens and the fear always gets them. The authority knows better €¦ €¦ €¦..it €™s nonsense. Just scum bags trying to make more money.

Anderson Silva of UFC fame snapped his shin bone recently with a round kick to the leg of his opponent. That is very hard to do, to break that bone. Only if one does not get enough cholesterol to produce enough vitamin D does it become easy. Speaking from my own experience my bones are very dense and can take a tremendous amount of impact over and over again and it doesn €™t just happen, you have to be doing the right thing.

There is some good to this list but there is also some very, very bad.

Like heals like and many throughout history have made this observation. Medicine through observation has been practiced this way for hundreds of years before profit came into the picture. Now medicine just does what those that control the industry tells them to do, no need to do too much thinking just do what I say and follow our policy. Our way is the right way and there is no other way.

For maintaining good skin, joint and bone health eating bone broth soups is critical. Our own collagen is bolstered with soups as the glcoaminoglycans and collagen are drawn out from the ends of the bones during the cooking process. One can even chew the ends off of bones where the cartilage is located. Glucosoamine is only one member of this family to receive the full benefit of the complete family you need to eat the actual foods. Below is what a gelatin mass looks like after cooking chicken bones for hours on low heat extracting the vital healing agents. It actually tastes good hot or cold.

My own experience has been even though I place a tremendous amount of stress to my joints and bones they have only gotten stronger over the years. Ask your butcher for a nice knee joint from a cow that has been grass fed and where no anitibiotics or hormones have been used. Meat can give you cancer..............but they leave out the part of the hormones and the high omega 6 from feeding it grain, cement, other dead animals and whatever else they can find for free or cheap.

I am always amazed at the clinics that think its okay to recommend baby shampoo post hair transplant. People including doctors fall into this trap of marketing deception. One makes an association with the label €œbaby € and just assumes in fact they assume too much with lots of labels when it comes to food and cosmetic type products €¦ €¦ €¦.. natural, homemade, baby, gentle etc €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.meaningless words that can be used to fool the consumer without saying anything really factual.

As a consumer always research it yourself. Sure it €™s okay to ask a doctor or clinic but just because someone is in the medical profession does not mean they have the right answer. One really needs to be careful not to fall into the trap of that type of thinking because we get lazy and rely too much on others.............bad plan.

You are infinitely better off just using plain bar soap that is made using natural methods with natural ingredients. These issues with baby shampoo have been known for years so it just completely amazes me when I see this still being recommended.

Some notable ingredients in baby shampoo 1,4 dioxane and the preservative formaldehyde, which is slowly released by a chemical called quaternium-15 to kill bacteria. Both 1,4 dioxane and formaldehyde are probable human carcinogens; formaldehyde also is a skin, eye and respiratory irritant.

By 2015 Johnson & Johnson will phase out those two chemicals and others of concern, including triclosan, phthalates and parabens, as well as fragrance ingredients, which aren't disclosed on product labels. However, it will allow chemicals that release formaldehyde when no safe alternative will work and is reducing levels of 1,4 dioxane to below 10 parts per million.

Here is what I have found to be the best strategy when it comes towards moving in the direction of a healthier lifestyle. Always take small steps and it €™s always better to add foods then to subtract foods as that becomes too painful for most. Once you start adding here and there eventually the garbage gets crowded out and there is no choice but to eliminate it as one can only eat and drink so much. So maybe just add one healthy food every 6 months or so, whatever works for you. Think long term and small changes.

Here is an example of just one food that I eat. Dark chocolate is very beneficial in many ways for the body. The higher the content the better. I slowly moved from 80% to 90% to 100% pure bitter chocolate over the years. In fact I love 100% pure bitter chocolate but it €™s an acquired taste that only comes over time.

I have now moved on to raw cacao beans which are even better for you and I love them. The first time I ate one several years ago I thought they were terrible. But this slow process of moving in the right direction seems to work very well and I actually have to be careful not to eat too many.

Cocoa helps the body produce nitric oxide with improves vasodialation and it gets even better it helps stimulate mitochondrial volume in the body and I say this from experience.

My diet has drastically changed over the years... I used to be ONLY a Mcdonald's man. Then I discovered Wendys in my mid-20's. However when Chick fil A was introduced by a friend of mine, I had to change yet again.

As the years went by I went through a slew of diet changes: Popular diet fads were: White Castle, Krystals, Burger King, Checkers, Arby's, Hardees, Dairy Queen and even Sonic.

Finally into my 40's I realized that my diet had to change or suffer the consequences of long term exposure of fad diets which could lead to: clogged arteries, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity and pre-mature altzheimer's brain disorders. So I finally decided to settle on a more nutritious diet from Taco Bell and Subway.

I think when it comes to food it becomes very easy to desire what the marketer wants me to believe but I don €™t believe it nor do I desire what they are trying to get me to feel and I think that is half the battle when it comes to food. I look at it on a completely different level. To me I see some company that doesn €™t care if I get cancer, diabetes or whatever disease nor do they care if my family becomes diseased. This is what would be the motivating force for me not to eat those foods as to me I see someone that is trying to screw me over, been there done that and don €™t want to do that no more. (double negative)

It €™s a good way of looking at it for those that are having a hard time implementing change.

Processed food advertising is deception at it €™s finest.

There was a con man, Henry Oberlander, who could have easily brought down the entire banking system of the Western world. He is quoted as saying, "Look, I've got one rule everyone is willing to give you something. They're ready to give you something for whatever it is they're hungry for." If you don't want to be deceived, you have to know, what is it that you're hungry for? So whatever it is don €™t be too hungry for it and that includes hair. Lying is an attempt to bridge that gap, to connect our wishes and our fantasies about who we wish we were, how we wish we could be, with what we're really like good marketers know all this and it €™s up to you to know it too.

ALL television ads are made to rope in people to their visual desires. And as you say Topcat, you do not give into these desires because you are a well read man, however that only leaves a large percent of folks who are not well read and espesially the adolescents and children.

For those that are interested in what real whey looks like. This is a jar of Kefir I am making and what you are looking at are the curds slowly rising to the top, then a layer of whey then the curds below which have not yet risen. Eventually all of the curds will rise to the top and the whey will completely separate falling to the bottom. The nutrition is in the fat and protein that are in the curds along with all the vitamins, minerals, and friendly bacteria. The friendly bacteria would be something critical to a healthy gut and avoiding issues such as IBD, IBS, colon cancer, etc. Also if one has taken antibiotics for whatever reason, I prefer garlic myself, the Kefir will replenish all the healthy bacteria that was eliminated by the antibiotics. Especially important after surgery.

The whey on the bottom has much less nutritional value and it was always dumped out by cheese companies in the past until someone figured out if they could heat it up and dry it into a powder, put it in a can, slap a label on it with a picture of some guy with muscles surely some fool would buy it. Whey is relatively a recent phenomenon about 15 years old or so.The fact that it €™s been heated, comes from grain fed cows which would make the milk high in inflammatory omega 6 fats, along with all the hormones, and antibiotics makes it actually a toxic product in my mind. But with the right amount of marketing and leaving out such details money can certainly be made. Hey here €™s an idea €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..how about we purchase some on the cheap and slap a label on it naming it €œWhey More Hair € €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.now doesn €™t that sound like a winner, who wants to go in with me €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.lol €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦Then when people figure out it doesn't really work after a few years will add another ingredient and call it the new improved version. Maybe run a 10 year cycle with added ingredients every 2 years..............lol................ Sounds absurd but is exactly the way it works for many products.

BTW the Kefir pictured is made with completely raw milk straight from the cow into the bottle. It comes from some Amish farmers and the cows do not receive hormones or antibiotics and are raised strictly on grass. The fat in it is high in omega 3 and conjugated linoleic acid. It is so simple to make. Simple place a Kefir grain in a half to 1 gallon container, add milk and let it sit out for about a week. What is nice about Kefir is that it requires no heating of the milk.

How you can change an eating pattern.

In today €™s news a company from California was found to be selling beef from cancer ridden cows to food processors including the company that makes Hot Pockets. They would just remove the head from the carcass as the cattle all had eye cancer. This is really not news as similar practices have been going on for decades. Tumors are usually just cut away as what you don €™t see won €™t hurt you.

So now if you can hold that thought in your head of how little most of these outfits care about you then you will be apt to make better choices. I mean do you really want to be eating a tumor €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦probably not. Find some honest, humble, low key farmer that just does the right thing because well it €™s the right thing to do and buy your meat from him.

Anyway that thought pattern is a form of NLP something I have used personally for a very long time to keep me moving in the right direction. Marketers work very hard at trying to keep your thought pattern associating good times and fun with what they are selling which would be false so use what they are doing against them before they give you the cancer.

Gaining or losing bodyweight.

I recently posted something to another thread regarding gaining weight and raising hormone levels specifically testosterone in that case. Since my weight fluctuates from 150 lbs €“ 215 lbs depending as all the sports I compete in are weight class related I thought this might be helpful to others. Many that come to the forums besides having issues with hair also might be trying to lose weight or gain muscle. What really gets me are those that believe it is impossible to do either without having money, time, steroids, etc when basically it is just a lack of knowledge. This is not a boast but I guess I €™m amazed that most don €™t know how simple it is and I forget that for myself it has always been a big interest, how the body works.

I have been doing this for close to 40 years now and I would say everything comes down to information. You can either learn from your own experience, from someone else €™s experience or through reading hundreds and hundreds of books. Everything else as far as information becomes tainted as someone is trying to sell you something and this would include hair transplantation. The easiest and quickest way is through learning from someone else €™s experience providing that they are being completely honest.

I wrote in that recent thread that about a week ago I competed in a state powerlifting event. My weight at the weigh in was 161 lbs and the next day about 171 lbs and 7 days later 181 lbs. Most would find gaining that much weight in one week is impossible especially when most of it is made up of muscle and glycogen but actually it is very easy to do. I am now back to 170 and will move back to below 160. This represents a 40 lbs difference 20 lbs up and 20 lbs back down. The initial weight gain over 24 hours was to give me a slight advantage at the meet the other 10 lbs was because peanut butter can become an addiction €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦lol €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦..

I will leave out the specific training protocols and just concentrate on the nutrition aspect. Healthy concentrated calories can be obtained by eating nut butters. Peanut butter is a good inexpensive first choice and almond butter a slightly more expensive but better choice. The problem with peanuts in general is the high chance of molds infecting the peanut itself and specifically aflatoxin which is a very potent carcinogen. So with that in mind find a source of fresh peanuts where you can have them ground fresh in the store or doing it yourself. If possible spend a little extra and go with almond butter. Both are high in both fat and carbs. The fats are what the body needs to produce testosterone and the carbs in my case since I was completely glycogen depleted will add glycogen back into the system along with plenty of water. What you can learn about losing weight is that is also works in reverse. In general fats and carbs are not found together in real food at least not with both being at high levels. Fat is always tied up with protein and carbs are always tied up with fiber.

Even with nuts where this does not apply. The fact that you would have to find the nuts, crack them open, and then the slow process of mastication generating enough saliva to swallow the mixture slows the whole process down with the added fiber slowing it down even further and one becomes very limited in how much can be consumed. So what you have with butters is concentrated source of calories without the spike in insulin which would cause it mostly to be stored as fat.

This is in fact why processed foods make the body gain weight so quickly and mostly fat. They combine two macronutrients that are usually not found together, fat and carbs. The fat is always highly processed cheap oils mostly soybean or corn and the carbs are always highly processed simple sugars with the worst being high fructose corn syrup. Cheap oils and most especially soybean oil raise estrogen levels giving you a higher chance of having cancer and simple sugars cannot be stored as glycogen, once the liver is full they are stored as bodyfat as insulin levels and whole body inflammation are driven up. The extra bodyfat also tends to drive up estrogen levels further increasing you risk of cancer. This is in fact why many cancer patients especially females with breast cancer are given estrogen blockers when in it would be much better to address the cause and not the symptom. Stop raising your estrogen levels and you will not need estrogen blockers and chances are you will not be having tumors.

So keeping it very simple here losing weight is about eating real food that is not processed. Another key to losing weight is to be constantly eating. If you believe not eating is a good approach you might want to rethink that strategy as the body €™s metabolism just slows down to compensate for the reduction in calories while also being something very hard to mentally do over the long term. Start by just eating real food and trying your best to eliminate process fats, oils etc and processed sugars. Eat the fats as they are found in nature eggs, chicken, beef and the sugars in vegetables and to a less degree fruits and the fructose principle still applies.

For those looking to lose weight not only will you look better but you will feel better. Here is a simple experiment one can try. Load a backpack with about 20 lbs and wear it for about half your day and then somewhere around midpoint remove it €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ahhh €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.now does that feel better. Much easier to go about your day, almost with a sense of relief. That is how good you can feel when you slowly lose that extra bodyweight and that good feeling can €™t be bought nor does it come in a bottle.

As far as training goes, long drawn out training raises cortisol levels while also causes a higher incidence of injuries. Short, whole body type exercises that cause the whole body to reach the lactic acid threshold quickly raise testosterone and growth hormone levels. One does not need a gym or all types of equipment but if people preached that than no one would be making any money.

Careful of where you are getting your information as most of it is driven by marketing. Maybe start by losing the TV.

BTW keep in mind that when buying eggs they have to be from a local farmer that has free range chickens and that the chickens are not fed soy. Same applies to the beef 100 % grass and especially no soy and of course all the estrogen hormones that are found in store bought meat. It is a very well know fact that male babies fed soy formula creates a feminizing effect well the same applies to adults.

If you think farmers that do grow soy grow it because it is healthy then you need to do some more research. Soy is a hearty rotation crop that rakes in billions for big food processors you can do lots of stuff with it ;) It has nothing to do with trying to help you and your health. But whenever an industry gets big enough where they can control the information than many suffer.

There is just too much to this whole subject to post here but another very important point would be that the more you heat fat the more its chemical structure changes and the less healthy it becomes. Cholesterol is very healthy for the human body in fact your life depends on it. But once you start heating it to high temperatures and oxidizing it that all changes. I eat my eggs mostly raw but another option would be soft boiled or poached. We can look at all the vegetable oils sitting on the shelf that are not only high in inflammatory omega 6, an unnatural source of concentrated calories but also rancid from the extremely high heat or chemicals used in the extraction process. So when one says fat is unhealthy what are exactly are they talking about they might not even know themselves and surely most consumers do not know. We all now know that hydrogenated fats are extremely unhealthy as the heat used to make them is substantially much higher as the nickel catalyst is added. That information could only be hidden for so long. Yet I still remember the commercials for Imperial margarine €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.fit for a king as the crown appeared on the consumer €™s head after taking that first bite €¦ €¦ €¦..lol €¦ €¦ €¦ €¦.sure we can laugh about it but the marketing tactics have not changed and the hidden information is worse then what you know.

Same applies to meat. It does not need to be cooked to death if it is coming from a healthy source to begin with otherwise if it is store bought meat take the package caution note very seriously.

We can compare this all to the ht industry. Many have stated FUE results in low yield or strip always results in wide scars but once we get into more of the specifics of who is performing the procedure or how the procedure is being performed as far as methods and instruments that all changes. But this information is often left out depending on who benefits. Just the way information systems sometimes work you really need to understand this as it is the most important point. Understand how information systems work.

Here is a perfect example of the way some information systems work.

I received an e-mail posted below from a local farmer I buy raw milk from. You see the guys that are making the big money and control the industry do not want you buying raw milk. The dairy industry has become very concentrated and profit driven over the years. So what you have ended up with is a crap product that generates lots of profit. It €™s heated to high temperatures giving it a long shelf life and loaded with hormones as having a cow produce double the amount of products while it consumes the same amount of toxic feed also contributes to the bottom line. So part of their strategy is always trying to shut down local operations that are selling raw milk. The real fear is that too many might find out it €™s a superior product providing one is a milk drinker. Personally I am not but my wife happens to enjoy milk. The big dairy farmer would prefer to keep that profit going and if you end up with cancer well just go and get some chemotherapy and radiation. The oncologists love that as they make hundreds of thousands of dollars from something 90% of them would not take themselves. You see everything really does come down to have information which is generally not made available to many as it disrupts profit systems. It is also important when this type of profit is being made that you shape the laws to your benefit while also controlling completely information sources unsuspecting consumers rely on. So we can look at various societies and organizations that are disease specific and if we look deeper at who controls those outfits then we would need to start questioning the information.

Another farmer I buy from up in WI was recently indicted for selling raw milk. Vernon Herschberger was found not guilty on 3 of the 4 charges. He is a simple Amish farmer, a nice person with a wonderful wife and beautiful healthy children. I have been in his house his children are full of health and energy not your average kid today which seems to be plagued with ADD, depression and all sorts of other issues we see from a steady diet of toxic ingredients. But you see Vernon is a threat to profit streams regardless of what he is doing is right or not and they must crack down hard. Regardless if the research clearly shows the majority of food borne illness is direct result of processing for profit and not from a product that has been around for thousands of years but only recently, 50 years or so has become strictly about profit.

I will contact the reps below because eventually when we all start standing up for what is right it benefits us all. I would never wish cancer on those in the ht industry who are not doing the right thing as many seem to be following the same path of profit before everything. Hopefully they will come around and see it the same way and seek less to profit and focus on doing the right thing.

After our emergency call today about HB4036 Amendment #1, we need to keep the pressure on high!
· WE NEED EVERYONE TO CALL AND EMAIL THE PEOPLE ON THE LIST BELOW--they are the ones who voted in favor of the bill. SEE CONTACT INFO BELOW
· IF YOU HAVE NOT YET, PLEASE CALL AND EMAIL YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND SENATOR (OR CALL AGAIN)
Tell these people to vote "no" to HB4036 #1 and that this bill would drastically affect the food source of 1,000s of people in Illinois who depend on raw milk for the health of their families. It will completely compromise the local food initiative and jeopardize small farms. Not only are we trying to encourage small farms and local food in Illinois, we are also trying to increase revenue. This is a terrible bill.
Thanks for All your Work on this--Kathryne Pirtle

Here is the full contact information for the Human Services Committee members who voted to PASS the Amendment banning raw milk sales or distribution in Illinois. These are all the Democrats that voted for it, all six Republicans on the Committee voted against the Amendment so we should reward them by leaving them alone.

Based on information from Tom Demmer, one of the Republicans on the Committee, the bill was passed with the agreement that it would be amended so that it only made it illegal to sell or distribute €œblack market € milk which I assume means the out-of-state milk. So if changes are made to the bill and it comes back for a second vote we need to convince all of these Democrats on the committee to vote NO for whatever this bill looks like.
