Mesotherapy first session results

A 65 years gentleman came to improve his crown area without hair transplant surgery. He has a history of DM 25 years and hypertensive 20 years. He never used Minoxidil and Finasteride and does not want to use any medicine on a regular basis. We decided to go for 6 Mesotherapy treatments and compare improvement ( if any) by taking photographs. Patient had his first treatment on 02 June 2023 and came for follow-up on 22 July 2023. Below is his before and 50 days later improvement. No Minoxidil and No Finasteride after the Mesotherapy were prescribed. This treatment was performed at Lahore, Pakistan.

Hi, there are different kinds of mesotherapy material or preparations. Some cocktails are for nutritional deficiencies and some mesotherapy preparations are for male pattern hair loss due to DHT hormone. For example , Saw palmetto extract is a wonderful anti DHT if used in mesotherapy ingredients. The basic role of the doctor to diagnose the cause of hair loss and treatment plan or strategies accordingly.

I thought that Mesotherapy was a Vitamins Therapy. I am a bit suprised that Saw palmetto could be in it. Personall, I woud not agree to take a DHT blocker of any kind

Hi, to use topical or epidermal / dermal level DHT blocker is not a sin as more than 80 percent people are taking orally to stop hair fall and regrow. If we use locally less chances of side effects.
