Hair loss treatment - single session Mesotherapy

A 36 years gentleman got two hair transplant procedures to cover the front and mid scalp area. Some grafts were also placed in the crown area. However, he lost more hair in the crown area a few years later. He does not have enough donor area to cover the crown baldness. He got two or three PRP treatments but did not get any improvement. Finally at our clinic we decided to go for Mesotherapy. Single session of Mesotherapy gives some improvement. It is planned to give him 6 Mesotherapy treatments at an interval of 50 to 60 days. See his day 0 and day 55 before & after photos. No Minoxidil and No Finasteride after the Mesotherapy.

I've been considering taking a day trip down to Frankfurt to get a Dutasteride mesotherapy injection.

Has anyone got experience with this treatment? I tried topical Dutasteride, but the brainfog was awful.
