What is a ''promotional patient'' at a hair loss clinic?

I saw on another forum that someone had a hair transplant as a 'promotional patient'' for Westminster Medical group.

I was wondering what this is as he seemed to get extra benefits from it? How does one become a promo patient?

As far as i know, A "promotional patient" is someone who receives a discounted or free hair transplant in exchange for allowing the clinic to use their before-and-after photos and testimonials in their marketing. To become one, you need to meet specific criteria, agree to be documented, and follow the clinic's guidelines. It's a way for clinics to showcase their work and offer benefits to selected patients.
