There are many reasons why.
First of all because it is challenging, you have to move from a male appearance to a female appearance. The anterior lingo have to be traced very carefully. It is very important to obtain a very natural result, very thin.
Also, most of time you have to graft areas completely bald and obtain in only one session a density very important. You can obtain it with a dense packing.
The big advantage is that generally when the transsexual patient uses female hormones that will completely stop the hair loss.
This patient is very grateful with the result obtained. Indeed, the hair contributes highly to the appearance. It is a one of his main component.
This patient came with a typical female pattern.
The intervention was successful and had a nice score.

Had another look at this today and it really is great, she was lucky though in one respect that she transitioned when she did, as if she had waited longer and her loss had progressed then it would have been much harder.

Do you ever use beard hair on transexual patients?, i only ask as obviously they wouldn't want to have facial hair anymore, so it could possibly kill two birds with one stone so to speak.
