There are no patients from Smile clinic who have shared their stories here. However, I did watch the BBC documentary when they went over there following a patient journey. What I noticed was no magnification. What concerned me the most was blood stained coverings that could not be the patient's blood because he was lying face down and they were just starting his FUE extractions. If this is not sterile, what else may not be sterile? There could be potential cross contamination from someone's blood to you.

I actually know 2 people who have been there and both have had decent results. I wouldn't personally use them but I was surprised at the results I seen

May i ask why you wouldnt use them?Is the clinic ethical.

I would not want to risk my health due to the lack of equipment being sterile. Did you see the stains on the underside of the operating chair?

Oh I see, it was a question for Horris. No two doctors or clinics are the same. Skill, care, artistry and knowledge vary greatly.

I wouldn't use them only on the doctor reason. Even though there are 2 doctors there I do not know what involment they have or how good they are. If budget was the overall main factor then I might change my mind as the results I've seen are quite good but I didn't inspect there hair or donor etc. The tech mill clinics need to be avoided as you can have a disaster with life changing consequences all to save a few quid. There are doctors like demeisrory in Turkey €1.25 per graft who does the ht himself and there are a lot of people on forums whose stories you can read, I would go down that route personally.
