Not wanting a drastic change but mainly one that would allow him to style his hair as he wished, this gentleman underwent a very small restoration to his temples using 600 grafts transplanted with the FUE and DHI techniques. His result is 1 year post surgery.

It's weird, but the before and after photo of the front does no reveal a big difference. I suppose his hair covers the temples anyway...
