Shaven look after FUE + SMP

In this case the patient has had multiple FUE sessions, totalling 9000 grafts.
He still wanted more optical density and opted for Scalp Micro Pigmentation. SMP was the only available alternative since his donor area is now depleted.
Before and after 2 sessions of SMP :

Did he have 9000 with Prohair? Isn't it a bit unwise to deplete a persons donor on - what it looks like to me - a NW5 area? What if his sides drop more? Then SMP can't save him.

Looks good, was this taken straight after the SMP as it looks a little red around the front (could be my pc) if so how long does it take for the redness to subside on average with the temp SMP.
