FUT performed on a 62 year old Caucasian male with:

- NW IV Class N
- Donor density of 60-70 FU/cm2
- Hair diameter of ~70 microns
- Mini grafts/punch grafts from a former procedure ex domo in 2004


Treatment plan:

A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 2500 FU to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline, reconstruction of the crown area and extraction of some mini/punch grafts from the hairline through FUE.



Performed procedure (August 10th, 2012): A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 2601 FU

* 409 single hair FU
* 1841 double hair FU
* 351 triple hair FU

Trichophytic Closure technique in double layer suture;

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique Cutting Edge blades of 0.75mm 0.95mm.
