Are you looking to take them all out?
The rest of your hair looks like it's got really good density, how is your donor, would you ever consider getting a few more grafts to strengthen it? I know you have had a few goes already so are you looking to go back to your natural look? I've seen a few people who have had grafts removed as part of a correction procedure but not seen any patients who have had them just removed.
Have you spoken to any clinics?

Do you have any other pics? It doesn’t really look bad to me at all. Especially considering the extreme flash.

It looks as though you only need extra grafts to add density to the thinner parts. Removing a hairline would be a massive job most surgeons will not undertake unless it is full of plugs.
I'm having my hair cut today so I'll send some pics to show u how bad the angles really look

I think with some grafts added to fill in the hairline and soften the temples, your hair would look great.
Sorry to hear no clinics have gotten back to you. Not sure where you live, but have you tried places like Eugenix, Bisanaga, HDC?
Do you have a thread documenting your journey? I think we’ve talked before on here, but I can’t remember your whole story. So you’ve had multiple transplants; is it that they failed, or were you like me and just lost more hair throughout the years?

Another 1200 - 1500 grafts would sort your hairline out.

The 2nd and 3rd were 2008 and 2010 to hide the work and poor angles
It didn't work
I'm now left with poorly angled transplants and 2 strip scars

Have you looked into SMP for the scars? I've seen a few examples where it seems to camouflage them really well

Reach out to Dr. Mwamba for 1500 grafts to fill around the old transplanted grafts and around 600 BHT placed in those scars.
