Regain & Minoxidil

So have been trying to avoid medications after my hair loss but think to make the most of my hair transplant i'm slowly considering it, I am not planning on using finastride as i think the possible permanent side effects wouldn't be worth the risk not over my hair, And yes i know its very rare but i keep seeing posts on here & other forums and just puts me off.

I have been looking at possibly taking minoxidil but they didn't recommend oral version for me due to it containing lactose which i am allergic to so started looking at other options such as Regaine?

Would the foam give me the results we want or should i look at minoxidil spray?

The product im looking at is this, Its from boots?

Regaine for Men Extra Strength Scalp Foam 5% w/w Cutaneous Foam - 3 Months Supply​

And would it help in my case? The picture was before my FUE which i had done on my hairline & temples.

The foam has been proven to help with promoting growth. I think it could work well for you but you’d need to try it tofu d out. If you do get gains from using it, they’ll be lost if you stop. The spray would probably be similar.
