Hi All

I have been considering a particular clinic with a great reputation for some time now. I had an initial consulation a while back, but decided to put a hair transplant on hold for financial reasons until a future date. Anyway, the clinic has now got back in touch randomly to inform me that they can offer me a very good discount if i decide to have a hair transplant now.

My concern is that whilst they are a reputable company, i havent seen many social media posts of late, which then begs the question whether business is slow and they are desperate for customers!

Why would a reputable client be offering discounts? Any ideas? Is this normal practice?

Thanks

It is possible they’ve had a cancellation, maybe more than one. Sometimes patients request different dates. You can ask them if it worries you.

You mention that you haven’t seen many social media posts …
Do the company have patients on this and other forums that have good results ?
The forums are where you need to do your research. Be careful with social media

Discounts may be provided during certain periods, such as off-peak seasons, to fill appointment slots and ensure a consistent stream of clients throughout the year. It could be a way to optimize their resources and maintain a stable workflow.
