I've read numerous articles around the web over the years relating to seasonal hair loss but i'm still not convinced it's real. Do people on here notice seasonal hair loss*nl
Here's an article about it (although it's not a great source tbh)

Its hard to tell, but if you go by nature, lots of mammals shed in certain seasons. Why should we be any different?

Yes, I believe seasonal hair fall occurs. This is because the temperature/heat outside which effects the hair. Hair management is different in different seasons. The Hair you are loosing will grow back after the season. Manage them, use the heat protector, condition and nourish them and hydrate yourself and eat a healthy diet.

Which seasons are common and how much % of the hair is usually shed on average?

Hair shedding is a natural part of the hair growth cycle, and it’s common for people to notice more shedding during certain seasons, particularly in the fall (autumn) and sometimes in the spring.

This seasonal shedding is believed to be linked to changes in daylight, hormones, and even temperature. In the fall, for example, it's thought that the body sheds hair it held onto during the summer to protect the scalp from sun exposure.

On average, it’s normal to shed about 50 to 100 hairs per day. During peak shedding seasons like fall, that number can increase slightly—some studies suggest up to 10% more hair may be in the shedding (telogen) phase during those times. So if you typically shed 100 hairs a day, it could go up to around 110–120 hairs daily in those periods, which is still within a healthy range.

Unless you're seeing significant thinning, bald patches, or persistent shedding over several months, seasonal shedding is usually nothing to worry about. If you're concerned, it's always a good idea to consult with a dermatologist or trichologist.

It is true that seasonal hair loss occurs, particularly in the fall, and it is a typical aspect of the hair growth cycle. Usually lasting two to three months, it is a transitory period in which more hair is shed than usual.

I go through it way too often, after a a few months it comes back. The way Dr Farjo put it, as transplanted hair is not dense, when we shed a bit more than usual we notice more than non balding people as we dont have the same density.
