Is it too late for me to use Fin + Minoxidil to help?

Hello all,
I tried fin and Minoxidil before in the past but wasn't too sure if it was making things better or worse, I know their is a shedding phase but it scared me so I stopped.

On the verge of just finding and booking a hair transplant, but wanted to get a 2nd opinion from this lovely forum.

Here is my hair, what do you think?
Would Fin + Minoxidil help or?

Ofcourse it will help you..if you can tolerate it and if your body responds positive to it than you will be able to stabilise your hairloss to a great extent and some people who are very good responder even get good growth with medication ...consult a good doctor and you can start oral minoxidil and finasteride and biotin if needed ...and should use ketoconazol shampoo twice a week

Thank you I have started to look for suppliers online for the finasteride, most likely the 5mg split into 1mg per day.
Not sure if I should get the proscar or just go for the generic.

The meds are very useful. Hopefully, you don`t have any sides if you decide to try them. Like all meds, a small percentage of people suffer sides.
You may respond well, eliminating the need for a HT or reducing the number of grafts you’d need if you did go for it.
I would consider the meds, try them for at least 6 months and use that time to research clinics.

For someone with your type of hairloss the meds are usually quite good for responding. As others have said try them for at least 6 months more like 12 months and keep photos to track your hair

Thank you
I have began the hunt for oral Minoxidil which I have found in 10 and 5mg tablets which I plan to split and have 1.5-2mg per day. I will also add finasteride (Generic)
