Is Dutabiot effective for hair loss?

Hi all. I am 27 years old and have sparse and very thin hair since birth. For you to understand, my head is translucent in the sun. In addition, I was diagnosed with stage 1 hair loss according to Norwood. I have now been taking finasteride (2.5 mg per day) for almost 2 years now and my DHT is 850, without finasteride it is 1300 - 1400. Also, 2 years ago I started using 5% minoxidil, but because of it useless for me, I start taking it less and less to stip using.

There is a theory that in addition to congenital sparse hair, DHT affects their thickness. For example, on my bankenwards, the hair is a little thicker and darker than on the rest of the head. I have already decided to do a hair transplant to thicken the front line and top of the head a little. And when I went to my trichologist with this question, she adviced not to rush with a transplant, but try Dutabiot.

Dutabiot is dutasteride which is used as mesotherapy. That is, they are injected into the head. As a result, I have a number of questions:

  1. Of course I want to know if it is effective. I do not really trust the statements of private doctors and I would like to hear the opinion of those who take this medicine and what is the result?
  2. I am from Ukraine and the private clinic I go to for a consultation with a trichologist is legal. But as far as I know, Dutabiot is not approved by the FDA. So how is it possible that it is used in clinics? Or is my information wrong?
  3. From the description on reddit and other resources, Dutabiot is taken in such doses: the first 5 procedures once a week, then 2 - 3 procedures once a month, and after that 1 procedure every 1 - 3 months. My trichologist said that need uses Dutabiot once every 3 months. And immediately the question is, is it effective at all? It's seems too little. The doctor did not even offer another alternative.

I really hope to hear feedback on this drug. For Ukraine, it is new, and therefore in my country I cannot find people who used it.

P.S. I want to apologize for my English
