Is BHR clinic reputable?

I’ve tried contacting BHR clinic in Belgium, i’ve rang three times in the afternoon the phone just rings out. Nobody has made any attempt to contact me. Is this a world class hair transplant surgery? I’m Getting red flags, are the reviews and before and after pictures verified. Is Dr Bisanga somebody I should be considering, I’m looking for the very best in the world and prepared to pay for the best.

28 years old, started Minoxidil and finasteride a few months ago.

No I haven’t done consultation online, I would much prefer to meet in person.

You probably can meet in person but most things related to HTs get through inital online contact. Although not Bisanga, when I wen to Farjo I sent in photos, the patient advisor reviewed, then called me and arranged an in person consultation.

Hopefully the meds will improve and stabilise your hair loss. Sending your pictures to the clinic for an initial assessment is the thing to do. Once you have a response you can schedule an in person appointment.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The clinic was closed last week as the doctor was travelling and clinic staff were not present at the clinic. Apologies for any delay in communication.

Generally the natural process for patients would be to complete an online assessment form which allows the doctor to share his initial recommendations and highlight any concerns or education that he feels is most appropriate for each patient.
This is an important step prior to considering any in person consultation as limitations and costs etc can then be discussed more specific to your case.

You have received some good feedback from this thread so far and as a 28 year old with a diffuse pattern of loss presenting decline over a larger surface area of scalp, and showing the propensity for further loss, having recently begun medication it would be most sensible to see how you may respond to medication for a 6-12 month period in terms of stabilisation and potential benefit and also how you are able to tolerate the medication over the longer term prior to considering surgery.
