This 26-year-old patient underwent a FUT four years ago. Big plugs placed too far forward and covering the temples were bothering him since then.
He has thus decided to proceed in several steps. On the one hand, we had to remove the grafts on the temples. One year ago, we removed as many grafts from the temples as possible. One week later, a 1489 FUE hair transplant was performed.
The distribution was FUE1: 471 FUE2: 565 FUE3: 426 FUE4: 27
The result after one year has substantially improved but is still not perfect. There are some big plugs left that could not be removed. Another grafts removal will be scheduled soon.
