This young potential Norwood class 5 patient had a poor FUE procedure at another clinic prior to coming to our surgical facility in Europe. During the procedure, the frontal scalp and frontal hairline were transplanted with misangled, improperly placed follicular unit grafts. The growth was patchy, and the aesthetic result was poor.
To resolve the patient s pluggy hairline and unnatural-looking appearance, Dr. Patrick Mwamba created a lower frontal hairline and transplanted 3140 FUE by FIT grafts onto the front over a three-day period. At six months post-op, the improvement is noticeable.
