Hi there, we do- please see below. Note his donor area has just been treated with paraffin hence the glossy look.

Very nice result this. Please excuse my ignorance but what is the paraffin used for?

We apply Paraffin just to act as a barrier on the donor area for the patient's comfort. A paraffin based bandage is applied shortly after too.
