Dr Manish Mittal (Miracle Man) 2000 Grafts

I would say from the age of 25 my hairline started to recede. From the Age of 27 onwards, the wind started to become my enemy. I could only really style my hair by sweeping it over to the side, basically trying to hide my hairline. I started to look into hair transplants but always thought it would be ridiculously expensive. Having saying that, I would always look online and clock when someone famous would get a hair transplant, and think “wow they look good!”.

I got really lucky how I crossed paths with Dr Mani, it was through work. When I started talking to Dr Mani our conversation lead to my hairline and how a transplant could be more realistic than I originally thought.

Dr. Mani asked me to sit in the chair, he gave me his honest opinion, what would be involved and the price.

like anything, I always get another opinion. After speaking to other company, I thought to myself, Mani is the man. It felt more personal with Dr. Mani, he took more care in explaining the procedure and the end results.

I got myself booked in with Dr. Mani and was looking forward to the big day!

On the day of my hair transplant, I was nervous but that all changed as soon as I walked into Mani’s clinic. It’s a really calm experience, everyone’s cracking jokes and just bantering with each other.

I was in the chair for probably 7-8 hours. The team and Mani took the grafts from the back of my hair, using them to build my new hairline. Dr Mani is very particular and thorough in his work, even towards the end when some surgeons may be tired and just say “finished” Dr Mani kept going till he was happy with the final result. I was so happy with the results! Although this was only the start of the procedure, I was really excited for my new hairline.

Mani still stays in touch with me, I send him monthly photos of his masterpiece.

I can’t say though you enough but to Mani and the Team thank you!

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Hi Spence, welcome to the forum. By the sound of it everything went well with your surgery and your result from 2000 grafts looks good. I see the mid forelock area that was thin was not addressed. How does it look now? Is your last picture at 12 months? Also, are you on any hair loss meds?
If possible, could you upload a picture from a little further away with the hair freely brushed upwards?
All the best.

Hi Bigmac,

I have attached photos, taken yesterday to try and show you the areas you are referring to.

The procedure took place on the 15th of July 2021, and I started taking Finasteride from the start of August 2021. I take 1 tablet a day, religiously. This was on the advice on Dr. Mani and I also read up about taking it. I’ve had no side effects.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

So you’re around the 9 month mark right now. Your hairline is looking nice and natural. Good to hear no sides, hopefully, the Finasteride will prevent or slow down future loss.
Thanks for the additional pictures.

Sorry for not replying sooner. £3500
I’d just like to add to this. I know Dr Mani, through a mutual friend, for who I done some work for (Air Conditioning). So through me carrying out work for Dr Mani’s mutual friend, the price was reflexed in this.

Hi guys, just thought I’d give you an update. I met up with Miracle man (Dr Mani) yesterday, at his clinic in Kings Cross. He was really happy with how my transplant is looking, he’s really happy with my results so far and reckons I’ve still got around 20-30% until I’ve reached maximum peak! Really happy to hear this! As I’m really happy with how it’s all going.

He did mention that my crown area is starting to open up but said due to not enough hair being lost In this area, and only been on finasteride for 9 months, advised I wait 18-24 months before going ahead with another transplants. I really respect Dr Mani’s advice and will definitely see how the crown area is looking in 18-24 month time.

Below is a photo taken yesterday.

Incredible results with the amount of grafts used! From a Norwood 3 to a Norwood 1. Knocked it out the park! You must be pleased.

And I can definitely relate to the wind being your enemy. Keep us updated mate whilst you near your final results.
