Here we have a male with a thinning crown and see the progress being made after a small FUE Procedure 8 months prior.

Nice result. Donor looks good and a nice natural swirl. Is the patient using any meds?

Hi Bigmac,
Happy New Year.
No meds, hence the approach of not going overboard with the approach.

Looks nice work, how old is he? Was the approach working on the basis his natural hair would probably shed?

Great name Smokeybacon, reminds me of when i was about 12 and last ate a packet of crisps.
He is 40 and whilst his hairloss is relatively stable, we have to be careful with crowns as they can generally eat up a lot of grafts.

Thanks for the reply and explanation. He is a good age and with his hair loss relatively stable personally I would have gone for a few more grafts. To give the illusion of a very similar thickness to the surrounding hair, as he already had hair. But, the placement is good and he must be happy.
