Looks good. Am I right that you opted for a conservative approach in terms of number of grafts? Is this because his donor is not plentiful? Crown is waiting for a separate surgery I assume?

Thanks for the comments.
The number of grafts was related to a number of factors,area, donor hair, future loss, individual circumstances such as use of hair meds etc it is what grows that matters but that is a debate in itself.
One thing for sure though is that hair loss does continue and we still have to forward plan because in reality the future is only just around the corner.
The patient had no interest in adding hair further back on the scalp at this stage.
I will add future pics once everything has fully developed.
