This patient is in his mid 20's and we saw him approximately 12 months prior to surgery. Here we discussed a strategy to maintain his existing hair and he is using both Minoxidil and Finasteride. We performed an FUE procedure of 1975 FUE grafts with an average hair count of 2.6. He was kind enough to e-mail some progress pictures at 8 months post-surgery and he is very happy with the progress. The pics aren't great quality but the improvement can still be seen.

When you consider he hardly had any hair upfront then the improvement is night and day, not surprised he's happy i know from first hand experience that theres nothing more satisfying than having a new hairline to frame the face ¬b` (dating Shakira might come close though:T
