The post surgery images show the frontal third was the transplanted area but in his after pictures he appears to have full crown coverage. Has the patient regained crown growth with medical therapy’s?
Regardless of my observations his frontal repair is impressive.

Thanks, The frontal and mid hair are camouflaging his vertex area, as well as PRP treatment and minoxidil is promoting hair growth too which is producing a fuller look. But he may need another sitting for the vertex area in future

Thanks for the clarification. Are the PRP and Minoxidil treatments primarily used on his crown?
