This 37-year-old man came in to reverse the loss throughout his hairline. Results from his 2131-graft session of follicular unit extraction by Dr. Wesley can be seen as early as seven months after the procedure. Full growth is typically appreciated a year after the session. However, with the use of PRP and ACell used within the graft storage solution, hair growth has trended earlier for patients.


Of note, even FUE patients of Dr. Wesley's are NOT required to shave the hair within their recipient area if they wish to return to work and social activities within a week to 10 days.

The non shave recipient area really appeals to me for the same reasons you state, being able to return to work quickly with enough hair to disguise any work. This guy is having excellent growth assisted by Acell and PRP, have you considered doing a trial planting one side with Acell and PRP and the other side ordinary Saline solution to see if their is a difference in broth rates?
It looks as though this guy will have a super result when he reaches 12 months, in picture 4 the hair appears thinner in the center of his hairline but I guess this will catch up. When he next updates could you take a full frontal picture exposing the hairline?
