Can anyone tell me if this is MPB? Would really appreciate (images attached)

I’m 19 years old, my dad is NW7, brother is NW3 both have MPB. Would really appreciate some advice. I’m confused if it’s just my hairline maturing, tell me whether I’m receding or am I being paranoid, I’m scared to get on finasteride if I don’t really need it because it’s a big commitment for life and I don’t want to take it too early when I’m not even sure if I have MPB.

At 19 i would check with a professional before starting finasteride. Big commitment and will be worth getting checked out first.
