Hi allThat is funny, I had my transplant at this clinic and I am absolutely amazed by result. I am truly grateful for the help and support I have received from AHACC. I don't know what happened with you but, I had a full conversation with Nader before, during and after the procedure and the result.... amazing. I paid £6000 for my procedure and what I can say to AHACC PATIENT... You have what you pay for my friend. Under £2000 and judging from your picture, you needed a lot of work.

Advanced Hair & Cosmetics has been successfully run since 2015 and we have over 400 clients since then. We pride ourselves with providing excellent service for our clients and also the fact that we have no budget for advertising at all. Our main source of clients, is from word of mouth only, and this has always been our policy to deal with complaints directly and efficiently. Firstly I would like to say I'm truly happy that things are turning round for this AHACC patien in a positive way after his horrendous HT.....it looks much better.
That being said Im happy that you got a nice result Daniel and would love to see additional pics if you have any? I hope you understand im still a little sceptical...Does this clinic have different surgeons working for them as the results between both patients are night and day?
It shouldn't come down to who's paid the most that's irrelevant it's the same clinic. Would love to see a before and after Daniel if you have one to evaluate your result a little better that's all buddy (not saying your lying or anything) its just the one pic makes it a little hard to pass judgement pal.

Furthermore, at least, we have tried to correct the mistake, how about Big Mac, which appears to be a concerned user, helping AHACC Patient, which in reality, they are both the same person. I have treated the gentleman in the photo, and his level of English, both speaking and writing was not up to scratch, we had to use an interpreter to communicate with this gentleman. A very quick improvement in his language skill. What is he gaining by destroying us, by fake claim, I don't know. I have publicqlly asked for written convent from AHACC PATIENT, to discuss his case and defend Bigmac's fake tread. I know exactly who this pictures belong to and I challenge big Mac to contact this gentleman and ask him to email me his consent. If I can prove that Big Mac and AHACC PATIENT are the same person, I can sue him for false claim and damage to our reputation and business.

So I represent the Cosmedica in the UK and we actually repaired the absolute botch job that poor AHACC patient had done to his head. The work was awful and AHACC patient was taken advantage of in the most heinous way possible. AHACC patient had his donor area damaged and not to mention the recipient area. I would like to say to everyone on this forum who is considering a hair transplant in the UK please be cautious! Just because you are having surgery in the UK it does not by now way mean that you will be safe or have a great result. Even in the most famous areas that are well known for surgery, there are clinics and practices that produce bad work. Just because you have the money to set up shop in the UK doesn't mean that you are the best. Anyone with enough money and resources can if given the opportunity, set up in Harley Street or similar. My advice is to use this forum to read genuine peoples reviews and accounts of their own journey. Avoid "educators" who claim to want to "help" you as they have their own financial motives and simply want your business. I work with Dr Acar/Cosmedica and of course, I am biased towards them. That said I am upfront about this, as should anyone representing a clinic or doctor.
This forum is without a doubt the best place to start when doing research. Do not fall into the same trap that poor AHACC patient did. Use the forum to read and connect with genuine people who have been there and done that. Be smart and be cautious to whose advice you take.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I am representative of AHACC and would like to make some point clear here. I am sure this thread will disappear soon, as AHACC patient and Bigmac and Tilly lamp are either the same person or different people, have administration privileges on this site. They seem to be referring clients to doctors for a fee. There is nothing wrong with this, but to make unsubstantiated claims and damaging people's reputation is. I have met the person in the photos by the screen name of AHACC PATIENT. We had to communicate with this person through an interpreter, he was not able to speak a word in English and a sudden improvement in his English skill is a miracle.
If YOU ARE AS HONEST AS YOU CLAIM, WHY MY ACCOUNT BY THE NAME OF AHACC AND MY CLIENT' S ACCOUNT BY THE NAME OF DANIEL IS BLOCKED?? WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF? How much did you get from referring clients to this doctor? I am sure it is a lucrative business and as I said before, there is nothing wrong with is, but destroying other people reputation to make money from clients is. What it shows as the result of the repair job shown here is an awful job and for the fee paid, giving the hairline a bit more density and charging over £5400, is extortionate, THE HAIRLINE IS INCORRECT AND VERY UNNATURAL, THE DENSITY IS TOO LOW, AND IT IS EASY TO BLAME THE DONOR AREA ON THE PREVIOUS JOB, BUT WE KEEP A GOOD RECORD, AND WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE IMAGE OF THOSE PERSONs DONOR AREA, JUST TO PROVE THAT NO DAMAGES have OCCURRED DURING HIS FIRST PROCEDURE. I have permission from Daniel to use his images. Daniel had 5000 grafts over two days procedure and paid £6000 in total. I have images from before, during the procedure, and after. My original account, under the name of AHACC, and my client's account under the name of daniel 1965 has been blocked by admin, i assume is Bigmac. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you haveany further questions.
