Hi Mason,
I am sorry that you are experiencing this kind of anxiety at such a young age. :( I will admit that your hair is thin; but I hesitate to say it is balding. Are you losing more hair than usual? Also, have you been going through a lot of stress lately? This could certainly lead to hair loss at your age. If I were you, I would bring up my concerns to your parents to see if they can get you into a doctor and see what they think. I don't know your medical history; but I would say if you are having an issue this young, it is probably temporary and caused by something like stress. I believe common conditions like androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness) don't tend to start until after adolescence. Another recommendation I have is taking more photos after three months so you can compare.

Also, do you have dandruff or eczema on your scalp? I have heard that this can also lead to hair loss. I finally saw a skin doctor that is board certified in dermatology that says that I have mild to moderate eczema is responsible for much of my hair loss. Good luck with everything! Please let us know how things go. But no matter what happens, I am sure you will just fine. ;)

Thank you so much for replying. i’m not losing more hair than usual but i do have a dry/flaky scalp. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but i just started noticing my scalp being dry/flaky a couple of months ago. I’m stressed a lot because of school and a breakup. I asked my parents but they say they think i’m fine. I might just be paranoid but i want to make sure so i can stop worrying about it.

It might be worthwhile having your scalp checked by your family doctor. You could also try an anti dandruff shampoo to see if the flakes clear up.

Yes, I think it is possible the dry/flaky scalp could be affecting your hair. I agree with Bigmac's suggestion of getting you scalp checked out by the family doctor. =)

Sorry I posted twice, my internet was slow. And I can't figure out how to delete a post once it is posted. I can only edit it.

You look to have naturally finer hair. It’s very common, don’t worry about it at this age. Keep fit and healthy and eat well

I'd just say, stay away from 'drying foods' if your scalp and skin are dry. And just try and get good sleep.

Seeing your family doctor is the best suggestion IMO
