I know what you mean fcukbald. But Hollywood is notoriously ageist and Al Pacino love to act so if he wants to work he has to look like his screen persona. I really like him in Carlito's Way, Heat and that speech to the school at the end of Scent of a Woman is just amazing (IMHO).
