This patient is in his 30s and was concerned with his frontal appearance. Here we see him at 15 months post treatment and he is delighted with his outcome.

His hair average was 2.4 per graft and he is using meds to hold things together.

This is a good result. I assume the hairline is similar all the way across as the flick does prevent us seeing the whole area. The result is a good illusion of density that his hairstyle helps.

The hair in the after shots looks dyed which will also help to add to the appearance of density

The patients hair is styled in the way he wants it and the result looks equal from all styling aspects.

I've only ever seen photos of transplants. Do you find that they don't stand up to scrutiny when seen in real life, or do you mean only those that are poorly executed?

Actually, I have seen many results in person that look better than any picture. My result looks better in person, it still looks good in pictures too.

@Mick From Farjo thanks for clarifying the patients hairline.

Although not this result, there are patients that will have one side loaded with more grafts than the other. This usually happens to compliment how a patient styles their hair. Some people never change it. Therefor, more grafts on a particular side with the patient styling the hair from left to right or vice versa.

Like a lot of guys, people colour their hair. Density will appear thicker on newly coloured hair when dye residue is on the scalp.
Having darker hair on a light skin colour creates a high contrast between your hair snd scalp.

The patient did send the below picture to show his full hairline.

In before someone complains about picture resolution.

Congrats - looks like a really good result with relatively few grafts and seemingly a very high graft survival rate across his hairline.

No denying this is a great result. I am about 15 months out from 2,200 FUE from Farjo and have have spiked my hair up, brushed into the side and now straight forward where my hairline cannot be seen. Why? Because I want to and am able to. I am sure this patient is delighted with his result.
