This 33 year old patient came to us for hairline correction and density improvement

Patient History:

Previously done 2 hair transplants from other clinics

First Hair Transplant in 2016 from another clinic, 2000 FUE grafts. The patient was not satisfied with unnatural looking hairline, pluggy grafts and low density.
Second hair transplant in 2017, 1500 grafts were implanted, as per patient statement hairline went more unnatural, straight and pluggy than previous one.

Challenges:

• Extraction of wrongly placed grafts from the hairline
• Hairline redesigning
• Interstitial graft implantation to fix pluggy impressions
• Density Improvement at sparse areas
• Depleted donor density due to previously done FUE extractions

Procedure:

Combination of FUT + FUE, in order to correct the hairline and to cover the maximum area in a single session

Implanted Grafts: 2800

Closure Technique: Trichophytic Closure

Post-op Result: 12 Month

How did the other clinic manage to make his hair line that wonky and pluggy? It`s night and day the difference with the repair job you did.

There are still clinics out there to this day that think that hairline is acceptable
Mainly Turkish clinics, but I've seen hairlines like that still being done in the UK
Looks like twos and threes were placed at the front and maybe the surgeon had a wonky eye cos that hairline was terrible
