My guess is that when she asked about any hair under the hat was meant as a joke. A lot of time had passed and many men do lose hair. She already knows you and stated you looked good. So, no matter how you responded, she would have wanted to meet you again....just from a woman's perspective.

If you've posted pictures of your hair loss situation already here, can you post a link to it? I'd like to get our doctors to review it if you don't mind. Thanks.

I had a chance to look at all the photos again and I really don't feel like you are too far off from being in good shape. I know that I have commented on things in another section so I apologize if I am just repeating myself. I really believe that the focus needs to be on the frontal half. The goal should be to disguise the scalp reduction scar by providing enough density to do so. Your hairline itself is pretty damn good. Possibly you might have a slight "front loaded look" but it will do the trick and get out from underneath the hat.

I personally believe that you might never fully hide the scar in the crown area, but that is less likely to be seen by others and can easily be passed off as some other form of surgery or injury or whatever you choose. Morover, nanogen would also be a good possibility.

I would hazzard a guess that many of the scars in the donor area would be able to be excised with a final strip procedure. Likely however you are looking at the combination of strip and FUE to get the job done. Personally though I think that 3000 grafts would do a great job and you would be golden.--ofcourse the crown likely would not be touched. A small price to pay.

I do believe that there is hope and a very good chance that the right surgeon could help you out immensely.

Your input is always welcome 3000 would do wonders to the frontal third, I just don't know where they would come from...as for the crown the lumpy scar looks ridiculous and needs to be disguised a little even to use nanogen to effect.

There are other issues such as the long list of procedures my scalp has already endured...

I need a personal consult €¦it €™s difficult to assess my situation from pictures alone.
