Saw Palmetto/Pumpkin Seed Oil

Hello.
I am not sure if it’s the correct forum or section, please redirect me or if you know any other websites that can help with my question I will be greatful.

I am a 32 y.o male with mild hair loss problem due to genetic, I don’t plan on using Fintastride but wanted to try something more natural than that.

I see most reviews are being between Pumpkin seed oil and Saw palmetto, however I don’t have any prostate issues or any other things, does anyone know any main difference between the two? Thank you

Saw palmetto gave me similar sides to Fin - which in my case meant brainfog

I've been taking pumpkin seed extract for a couple years with no noticeable issues, perhaps a tad of nocebo around erection quality.

It can't hurt to give either of them a shot. Perhaps they don't do much, but they're better than nothing.

You will not get far on saw palmetto or pumpkin seed oil. If you want to avoid systematic sides you could give topical gin a try.
