Laser removal of hair transplant grafts.

i have about 1800 grafts i need removed from the hairline. As that is just way too much to remove Im currently looking into electrolysis just to save some money and avoid unnecessary scarring. I can get mine looking ok if i shave it down to a number 3, but if i try and grow it much longer it draws attention and I'm stuck smearing pomade all over my hairline just to try and control it. Hate it.

I must have had a crap transplant cos when i cut short my transplants stick up like a toothbrush and are hard course like a toothbrush
Who did the 2nd hair transplant in the 2nd video cos that's a great result

It is must likely because of wrong angles yes. It can look abit more coarse than a hairline usually look but if its correct angles, cutting it short should look alright but not perfect.

I went to a Dr K in chicago. Dont think i say the name either.

I just had surgery with another clinic with my main goal to remove the hairline - but in pre-op the surgeon said it was just far too dense and would take too many surgeries to do. So I asked if they could at least add more grafts out front to at least fix the general design, but they didnt want to that as they said they would have to purposefully mis-angle those grafts as well. So we just added some grafts behind the hairline and also reconstructed my temple points in the hopes of distracting from all the hairline issues.

Im deep in ugly duckling stage now and i genuinely dont see how things will get better. Ive never been able to style my hair - it just sticks up straight like im electrocuted. I feel really lost at what to do next.

The only surgeons in the UK i think are quality are Ball and Reddy. Not a lot of clinics offer electrolysis so you might have to do what louli has done and find someone who specialises in it.

Any reason why you not looking at Belgium where Feriduni and Bisanga are? Ive also seen Hattingen and Mwamba successfully remove grafts from hairlines as well.

The grafts will grow at the angles they were planted. They may have looked better when first growing in as they were finer/softer and hadn’t fully matured as we see them now. Have you lost more hair since the surgery? I’m mainly referring to the gap/thinned area in the mid scalp.
Were the grafts planted with implanter pens or forceps? Was there a doctor involved with the surgery?

Lasering would be expensive to remove all those grafts and there’s no guarantee some won’t grow back which will result in more laser treatments.
Is there any hair length where it looks better? Say a number 2 which covers the scarring and short enough to disguise the mis-angled hairs?

Have you a close up showing the multi grafts in your hairline? Also, how many grafts did you receive?

Sorry for all the questions. I’m just trying to gain a clear picture on your situation.

how does the impanting mean affect the look of the hair? implanter pen or forcep I mean

After my 1st transplant where the angles were bad i was told that tgey would put more grafts around the poorly angled transplants to camaflage it and weight it down
Didnt work the poorly angled grafts still grew through
Best thing to do is remove all the work and start again
