As anyone had any success with FUT scar treatments to minimize the scar? Not SMP or FUE into the scar. I mean scar treatments like laser, derma needling, derma pin, peels, etc.

I highly doubt any of the methods you mention will minimize an FUT scar. Over time, scar tissue fades but wider scarring will always be visible. The methods you mention might help flatten a raised a scar.
If you don’t want FUE or SMP, then a scar revision could be the answer.
