39-year-old man who wished to cover the vertex. He received 2631 grafts FUT for 5718 hairs (252 FUT1, 1718 FUT2, 574 FUT3, 77 FUT4).
The result after of a few months is very satisfactory.
The treatment of the vertex requires a certain caution.
Here are the main rules to respect: do not to choose a patient less than 35 years old, indeed weigh the balance between the donor zone and the recipient zone. Do not try to obtain a maximal density. Transplant on a wide surface, by taking the lead over the baldness which risks to evolve in periphery.

This is a good example of crown work and the fact that the crown often extends much more then just the 'naked' spot in the middle.
This is mostly not seen by patients and often they are very surprised on the amount of graft ultimately needed.
