Could microneedling save my hair?

I'm thinking about using microneedling, at home, like microneedling with a pen. I wouldn't want to use drugs, but only with microneedling with a 0.5, up to 1 mm pen. The area where I would like to regrow strong and vigorous hair is in the photo where I highlighted:

• the red zone: it's where the hair doesn't grow anymore
• the yellow area: it is where the hair is weakened, dilated, growing very slowly compared to the sides

• Would it be possible to microneedle the area where there is already long hair? If yes, what would be the difference between microneedling an area with or without hair?
• How to wash the scalp, skin and hair, before and after receiving microneedling, to cleanse and disinfect the treated area?
• Does microneedling require the application of substances, such as creams or ointments, before or after it is done?

I hope I can get my hair back!

I don’t know much about micro needling to be honest but I do know it is supposed to work by creating tiny punctures in the skin which the body try’s to heal by sending all the good things in the blood which helps also give nutrients to the hair roots. I think.

I have seen before that on areas with hair people do as they would on bare areas but allow a little more depth on the pen

In all honesty you look like a diffuse thinner and I know you don’t want medication but finasteride and minoxidil could work really well for you and get your hair back throughout the mid and top part.

The red area you won’t have had previous hair anywhere near where you have the bottom of the red at the sides anyway so don’t bother needle yhere

I mean your hairline was never as low in the corners as you have draw there. It’s more likely something like the line I have drawn in orange because the line you have drawn curves in on itself and that’s not a normal hairline. So if you do micro needle then don’t do it as low as you have drawn in red as you wouldn’t have had the hair there.

Worth speaking to a hair transplant doctor on this because from my reading micro needling helps miniaturising hair by basically giving them a nutrients boost. I am not sure if it works on areas where hair is now gone so you might be best to do it where you have thinning hair to try and strengthen it?

As I say I’m not an expert just what I have read so no need to listen to me that’s just me trying to help
