This patient had a receded hairline, level Norwood 3. He underwent FUE hair transplant surgery to his hairline and temples that was appropriate for his age. We operated using implanter pens with Follicular Unit Excision used to extract a total of 1756 grafts. We operated in the hairline over 1 day and his result is 1 year post surgery in these series of photos.
